Star of the Sea Parish has a number of facilities available for hire to suit all
your catering and conferencing needs.
Group or Long term Hire arrangements are also available.
NB: All rates may be subject to variation by the Parish Priest, Fr John Fitzgerald.
Hall Hire

St Josephs Hall
St Joseph’s Hall provides a range of amenities for large functions, receptions or events as well as capacity for group hire.
Features of the hall facilities include:
Kitchen facilities with oven, pie warmer, microwave, fridge/freezer, industrial dishwasher and fully stocked drawers with crockery and cutlery.
Tea and coffee facilities with wall mounted urn and bar fridge.
Projector and Screen with multiple inputs and wireless microphones.
Large numbers of tables and chairs for larger functions.
NB: A $500 refundable bond may be requested for larger functions

St Pius X Hall
Located at 32 Hoddle St Warrnambool (entry off Morriss Rd) next to the school, St Pius X hall features:
Full length Basketball Court with retractable rims.
Large stage with curtains and entertainment complex.
Upstairs viewing gallery overlooking the court.
Large numbers of tables and chairs for major functions.
Outdoor patio/seating area.
Bathroom Facilities.
Significant off street parking.

Function Room
Adjoining the St Pius X Hall via a small corridor is the Function Room which boasts a number of features such as:
Two metal upstanding fridges and freezers.
Industrial ovens with range hoods.
Fully stocked crockery and cutlery cupboards for larger functions.
Wall Mounted Hot water urn.
Pie Warmers.
Bar Area and Cool Room.
Large Projector and Projector Screen with HDMI input.
Small Stage with internal lighting.
Large numbers of table and chairs for larger functions.

Conferencing Facilities
The SOS Meeting Room provides all the features needed for your next conference call or team meeting featuring:
Logitech conferencing systems with multiple inputs, for conference calls, teams’ meetings, presentations etc.
Two-way mics and touchpads.
Projector and screen with multiple inputs.
Seating capacity for up to 20 people.
Tea and Coffee facilities.
Amenities including toilets and showers.
$30 per hour
$30 for use of digital conferencing facilities
